About me
Amber Ulsh is a passionate and dedicated dancer from Schuylkill Haven, PA. Amber is a versatile dancer where she trains in many styles such as ballet, pas de deux, modern, jazz, contemporary, theater, house, hip-hop, heels and ballroom. For Amber, dance is more than movement, it’s a way to express joy, emotion, and connection.
She began dancing at age four at her local dance studios but went into extensive dance training by the age of 12 at Schuylkill Ballet Theatre. She had a strong focus in ballet but began training in various other styles at The Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts.
She now trains in New York City, actively pursuing professional opportunities. She was mentored by Menina Fortunato through the Business of Dance program, gaining tools to succeed in the industry. Recently she had trained in Broadway Dance Center’s Professional Semester to prepare her debut as a professional dancer.
Amber’s goal is to perform professionally, especially on a cruise ship, where she can combine her love of dance and travel. Eventually she hopes to teach the next generation, keeping the passion alive just as it began.
